Our policies
Counselling
A pharmacist offers counselling on every new prescription and whenever you ask, by phone or in person, Monday to Friday 9 am–6 pm and Saturday 10 am–2 pm. Written information is included with every medication.
Delivery
Delivery is free. Same-day delivery from Richmond Hill down to the lake and from Oakville across to Scarborough when you let us know by 6 pm; next business day out to Newmarket, Burlington and Oshawa. A signature from you or an adult you authorize is required at the door; we never leave medication unattended. Refrigerated items travel in cold-chain packaging and are checked on arrival. If nobody is home we bring the medication back and call you.
Returns
By law, dispensed medication cannot be returned for resale. Bring unused or expired medication to the pharmacy for safe disposal at no charge.
Complaints
Tell the Designated Manager, Soo Jeon, first (416-530-4004); we respond within two business days. You may also contact the Ontario College of Pharmacists at 416-962-4861 or ocpinfo.com.
